Uninsured Motorist Coverage and Why it Matters |

Recently, one of my clients was very seriously injured when someone was driving too fast and collided with her car. The at-fault driver was insured, but only had a minimum policy of $15,000 (miniumum requirement by California state law). My client was very seriously injured in her low back. Her medical bills were over $55,000. She should have had Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage of $250,000. Unfortunately, she did not, and her recovery was limited to the at-fault driver's $15,000 policy. Don't let this happen to you. Click for more information
