Happy New Year!
Reflecting over the last year, it is undeniable that TVGoods and AsSeenOnTV.com had an extraordinary year. We had great successes with live shopping channels and truly transformed AsSeenOnTV.com to an impressive destination for online shoppers. I am really proud of what we have been able to accomplish over 12 short months! I truly feel we are shaping a strong business that will be a force in the marketplace.
Having said that, we would like to thank you all for your continued support. We plan on making 2012 the best year yet!

The stock quotation symbol for As Seen On TV, Inc., the parent company of TVGoods, has changed from "HNHI" to "ASTV." The Company will be quoted under the symbol "ASTV" on the OTCQB.
"Aligning our stock trading symbol with our recently changed corporate name, As Seen On TV, Inc., is another milestone in our transformation as a Company and platform, and reflects the business model and distribution channels of the Company," said Steve Rogai, Chief Executive Officer of As Seen On TV, Inc.

Our Chairman Kevin Harrington appeared on ABC's The View on Thursday, December 15th, during a segment featuring As Seen On TV products. Kevin appeared as an As Seen On TV product expert, showcasing successful As Seen On TV products while highlighting AsSeenOnTV.com.
The segment highlighted a TVGoods leading product, Bedol Water Clock, a daily or hourly alarm clock powered entirely by water. The alarm clock features an easy-to-set 12-hour or 24-hour clock. Bedol Water Clock is available in two styles: the "wink" and the "teardrop."
