Over the past week, we were fortunate to receive the gift of new energy from our landlord in the form of updated exterior paint for the house. It's amazing how color can create such a powerful change. I chose shades of sage green to connect to the heart chakra and create a place of peace, healing and love.

This movement into a different frequency took me on a journey to a nursery where I fell in love with this little flower. It called out to me as I walked by... and now is placed by the front door to greet visitors.

Albert Einstein one said Nothing happens until something moves. When we choose to rearrange a room, update the look of a garden, embrace new colors in our wardrobe, or transform anything in our lives to create space for something new, it begins the process of movement.

All plants that flower are indicative of hidden wisdom and joys that can be discovered within one's life. They inspire new thought and messages. To me, the colors of yellow and pink awaken inner knowledge which leads to unconditional love and affection.

Today my intent is to allow movement to flow through my life. As I find new and unique ways to walk through the world, the possibilities are limitless.
