Sauvignon Blanc from Burgundy! This rare gem is a Saint Bris Exogyra Virgula 2008 from the Goisot family. The grapes are grown on a vineyard that is rich in fossils. The wine shows beautiful typicity of Sauvignon Blanc with nice aromas of apricot and citrus with the minerality chasing the fruit perfectly.
Chardonnay from California's iconic Chalone Estate in Monterey County. This 2008 is a balanced and rich Chardonnay that has perfect color, aroma and texture to satisfy all.
Pinot Noir by our friend Stephane Briday, the Clos Marcilly 1er Cru 2007 Domaine de la Thalie. Elegant Strawberry, black Cherry and Spices on the nose with a hint of Oak and a nice length to the wine's finish.
Cabernet from a long time Napa winery. This 2007 Napa Cabernet is superb in proportion. The wine has deeply saturated color and an intense currant and blackberry scent with buttered toast and briar. The wine has a nice and rich mouthfeel with a really long finish. |
