Insite Portable DO and TSS Analyzers

Insite 3100
Model 3100 with optical DO sensor

Insite manufactures both a Model 3100 portable dissolved oxygen and a Model 3150 portable suspended solids analyzers. These multi-range analyzers are designed for the measurement of either DO or TSS in all aqueous solutions. Features include:

  • fluorescence sensor   technology
  • no membranes, fill solutions, or cartridges
  • sensor does not have to remain moist
  • data logging with direct downloading to your PC
  • calibration is factory programmed

The microprocessor-based electronics of each of these analyzers provide a high degree of flexibility and ease of use. The portable units each have a large backlit graphical display, feature the optical sensor technology, data logging capabilities and serial interface to computer spreadsheet. The DO unit has a measuring range of 0-25 ppm while the TSS measuring range is 0-30,000 mg/l.   Having portable analyzers eliminates the need for daily lab analysis and provides real time process readings for both DO and TSS which are both critical measurements found in a municipal WWTP plant.

       Reliable I/O for Tough Environments

Moore Industries' Net Concentrator System (NCS) is a scalable I/O system for analog and discrete signals and is suitable for use in Class 1, Division 2 locations. It is rated for operation at ambient temperatures from -40°F to 185°F and offers 500Vrms channel to channel isolation, RFI/EMI protection, and best-in-class 20 bit analog input resolution.

     Moore NCS

The NCS supports MODBUS over Ethernet and serial connections and is compatible with wireless radio, fiber, cellular modem, and other communication mediums. Communications can be peer-to-peer (NCS to NCS) or peer-to-host (NCS to plant control system). It is the ideal choice where local or remote I/O needs to be easy to implement, robust, and flexible. Applications include adding I/O capacity to an existing system with no spare capacity, moving signals from one location to another with limited or no available cabling, adding I/O in a hazardous areas, and others.
