 UFM Piston Flow Meter

UFM

Universal Flow Monitors has a very robust piston meter that can measure many different types of liquids from water to oil. It is a simple design with a piston and a shaft, and is great for applications such as crushers.

This meter can handle a large variety of fluid conditions ranging from very low flowrates spanned down to 0.25 gpm in the LL series to high pressures of 1500 psi in the LH series. By far, one of the best features of the piston meter is that it requires no straight run. The user has several choices of outputs: local indication, switch, or analog.

   Reliable I/O for Tough Environments

Moore Industries' Net Concentrator System (NCS) is a scalable I/O system for analog and discrete signals and is suitable for use in Class 1, Division 2 locations. It is rated for operation at ambient temperatures from -40°F to 185°F and offers 500Vrms channel to channel isolation, RFI/EMI protection, and best-in-class 20 bit analog input resolution.

 Moore NCS

The NCS supports MODBUS over Ethernet and serial connections and is compatible with wireless radio, fiber, cellular modem, and other communication mediums. Communications can be peer-to-peer (NCS to NCS) or peer-to-host (NCS to plant control system). It is the ideal choice where local or remote I/O needs to be easy to implement, robust, and flexible. Applications include adding I/O capacity to an existing system with no spare capacity, moving signals from one location to another with limited or no available cabling, adding I/O in a hazardous areas, and others.
