RAD is a hands-on course designed to emphasize confidence and self discipline while developing and enhancing options of self-defense. The course will teach basic self-defense techniques and emphasize common sense approaches to safety on campus.

Acupuncture in Primary Care

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese healing modality and is now incorporated into U.S. mainstream medical practice. Dr. Lao, the director of the traditional Chinese medicine program in the Center for Integrative Medicine will discuss acupuncture in primary care and its role in promoting health.
