Join us for our first kids' pool party with games, face painting and free swim lessons. Free to all university students, staff, faculty, and their families. All children are welcome. Activities are intended for ages 4 to 11. We have all the toys and floats- just bring yourself. Children in diapers must wear a waterproof swim diaper.

Participants will perform as many flat bench press repetitions as possible (men at 60% and women at 40% of their body weight.) Immediately following the bench press, participants will perform a standing long jump. Max bench press repetitions and distance of the long jump will be added together to determine the total score. There will be a URecFit prize for top male/female student and top male/female non-student!

UM students, with student ID, will receive free admission to the Baltimore Museum of Industry on Saturday, Aug. 25. Join a guided tour, take an audio tour, or browse the pieces on your own. The museum explores Baltimore industry over the last century. Stop by the SMC Campus Center, suite 302, starting Aug. 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. to collect a ticket voucher. You must bring your UM Student ID.
