CALL Members Annual Retreat
Dear Members:

At the annual members meeting last month, it was decided that CALL should have a retreat each winter. We are, therefore, currently working on organizing a retreat for this winter to be held most likely in the Los Angeles area.

We are looking at two possible dates:
 January 14-16, 2011 or
 March 25-27, 2011

Stained Glass

We have invited James Francis Cardinal Stafford of Rome to be our retreat master.

As we continue to plan for this event, we wanted to let our CALL members know so that you can hold the dates. We will keep you posted as we have more information.

Please do not hesitate to contact the CALL office at any time should you have any questions or suggestions.

Glory be His Holy Name!

Our Mission Statement

To work within the context of our culture, and in communion with our bishops, to promote the common good of Latinos in the United States. This Catholic Association of Latino Leaders provides a forum for members to strengthen their faith through prayer, education and service. We commit to being a national voice for Hispanics on social justice issues and to impact the national dialogue and its outcome in favor of improving our nation's policies affecting Latinos.

Our ranks include leaders from varying business and professional backgrounds dedicated to transforming our lives and communities according to the Gospel, and speaking out on social and faith issues important to both the Catholic Church and Latinos. As such, we seek to not only be a part of a national dialogue on these important issues, but to be a force of influence on the outcome of such dialogues in ways tangible and relevant to our Church, communities and country.
