Bob gave an overview of what his office does. He then invited an open discussion and answered questions from the audience. This was a very informative two hours.

A word from our sponsor:
Abuse Prevention
Of the vast array of expenses that confront your organization, one of the most devastating is abuse, molestation, and misconduct. It can occur between staff and resident, volunteer and resident, resident and resident, and resident and the public. It knows no physical or age barriers.
Like any other encounter, controls leading toward its prevention and management can be created and implemented. This document is a guideline providing management techniques. It is formatted to be included in your organization's standard operating procedures. Such activities, when performed by a professional organization, can only act in the best interest of service to your residents - which is the ultimate goal of the organization.
For your FREE Copy of Abuse Prevention, including sample policies, procedures, roles and design concepts, e-mail kathi@pcalic.com or call 1-800-673-2558, extension 113.
