Tip of the Month

Give your residents a protein packed snack before bedtime, like yogurt, cottage cheese,  or milk. Protein will last longer in their system and help them sleep better.

Thanks to Daisy Urrea of Christian Care Home for the tip this month

Promote AALHA

It has come to our attention that their are folks that are helping to promote AALHA and our golf tournament in their own newsletter.  So, if you send out a newsletter, why not help AALHA and give us some promotion?  It's good for us all!
Greetings!

Here is the latest issue off AALHA News.  Our intent is to keep our members in touch with what AALHA is doing, and to pass on news and information you can use.  We want this to be a dialogue, not just something else in your inbox.  So send your comments, suggestions and articles or information to information@aalha.com.
