It's time to wake up our legislators!
I've been hearing plenty of concern from politicians about big business, conventions and perceptions BUT precioius little about protecting Hoosier workers and taxpayers from the harmful realities of illegal immigration!
We need everyone to call Speaker Bosma, the committee chairs and their own representatives right now with the simple message to give SB9590 a hearing and a YES vote this year!

Update on Tea Party Tax Day RALLY |

We will be joining the Tea Party for a Tax Day Rally for "Less government--Less spending" at the State House on Friday, April 15th! We are asking IFIRE members to arrive early (4pm) so we can have a Call-In to urge state legislators to pass SB590. (Switchboard closes at 5pm). The official Tea Party Rally kicks off at 5pm.
Here's some good news! The Indianapolis Tea Party is generously providing IFIRE with a booth where we can pass out literature and educate people about the costs of illegal immigration! Come early. Visit all the booths and talk to legislators who will be there!
