Hearing postponed due to severe weather |
Many of us had planned on testifying in support of State Senator Delph's immigration enforcement legislation, SB590, this week. We have been watching a monster storm system develop which could dump 1-2 feet of snow in northern Indiana and 1-2 inches of ice in Indianapolis. Finally, word has come that the hearing has been postponed due to weather. It will not take place on Wed. Feb. 2. Instead, it has been postponed. It has been rescheduled for the next Wednesday, February 9 at 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). Stay tuned for more details.
Please make use of this extra time to prepare your testimony and contact your state senator and committee members.
For particulars, please read SB 590 or

Please help! |
Through the generous donations of IFIRE members, we were able to pay to fly retired INS agent, Michael Cutler, to Indianapolis to testify in support of SB590. He was in the air and on his way to Indiana this morning when we learned that the hearing had been postponed.
Needless to say, we are incurring some expenses even though his trip was not completed. Will you help us buy another ticket to fly Mr. Cutler in next week?
You have probably seen Mike Cutler on TV. He is a frequent guest on both FOX and CNN. He has testified before Congress as an expert witness on terrorism and illegal immigration. Even in retirement, he works tirelessly to protect and defend his country.
