Joe Ferriss, one of the most widely recognized authors on the Arabian horse, will present, "Arabian Type: A View from the Desert." In this enlightening seminar, Joe Ferriss will examine the legendary traditions of the
horse-breeding tribes of Arabia. By reviewing a number of images of art and photos, past and present, he will discuss a variety of characteristics of the Arabian horse of the desert and the context in which those features were created and valued.

Pyramid Society Office Staffing Schedule During the World Equestrian Games
The Kentucky Horse Park is hosting the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, September 25 - October 10, 2010. An international event of this esteemed caliber presents significant logistical challenges for the businesses such as ours which are located on the grounds of the Horse Park. High security, access restrictions, offsite parking requirements and other hindrances to productivity, have led to the decision for our staff to work off site as much as possible during this time period. We have remote access and will be checking phone messages and emails several times daily, and will respond promptly to your inquiries. Thanks for your understanding during this timeframe.
