Meet Adam Fivehouse Road Cycling Coach for OES
Adam Fivehouse racing
As many of you have read in past newsletters, Adam was an intern for OES this past fall. Some of you attended his presentation in early December on the Ins & Outs of Road Cycling. Well, my little grasshopper has impressed his master and I hired him as a coach for OES!

This marks the official step into the road racing scene for OES, as Adam brings years of racing experience to the job. Expect great things from him. One of the things that impressed me with Adam was his level of attention to detail and how he applies this to a road racer to achieve the skills to compete well. He has also become very competent in physiology testing and interpretation of the results.

Adam can be reached at adam@optimizeendurance.com
or 720.270.6876. Reach out to him with your goals for 2011!

2011 will be a busy year for OES

Last week I was inputting all of the events that OES will be associated with into the calendar and when I was done I felt like the entire year of training happened all at once.

Looking ahead and planning can be very scary. How will I get it all done? One way was to reach out and fill you in on the events. Maybe if we all plan ahead the year will move at a nice easy pace and our goals hopes and dreams will come to fruition.

Below is a quick list of the events OES has a sponsor afiliation with for 2011. All great events and different ways to enjoy the sport of cycling. Please visit these websites and sign up and help me make this a great year!

Paul Gunst Certified Massage Therapist

From time to time I will use this section of the newsletter to showcase another business that I feel my reader's can benefit from.

As a coach I have the belief that many things help us find improvement as well as reach our goals. Far too often we as athletes take our body for granted and expect it to always perform at it's best.

Getting body work done on a regular basis will help you and the therapist stay on top of things that can derail the goal.

I've been working with Paul for close to 8 years now and he has been featured on my Partners page from Day one of the business. He has a gift for looking past the "it hurts here or this is bothering me" and tuning into the real culprit with sound resolutions.

Give Paul a call and get an hour massage at an introductory rate of $40. He has packages to help you find the right schedule to a balanced body. 303.579.7954
