In 2005, MCM Capital Partners successfully sold its portfolio company MicroGroup, a precision manufacturer of highly engineered tubes and fittings serving the medical device and life science industries. Due to our positive experience in this industry we are again seeking a platform business that manufactures highly engineered components with the following criteria:
Types of Businesses: Tier 1 suppliers of highly engineered and precision machined parts, components and sub-assemblies serving the medical device and life science industries. 
Annual Revenues: $15 million+
Gross Margins: 30%+
EBITDA Margins: 15%+
Customer Concentration: Top customer representing no more than 25% of revenue
Location: North America
