Over the years, MCM has successfully invested in several manufacturers of engineered materials (Dexmet, Advanced Ceramics, and CV Materials).  We are looking to leverage our investment experience, along with the talents and industry knowledge residing on our Board of Operating Executives, to acquire another engineered materials business with the following criteria:
Types of Businesses: manufacturers or distributors of engineered materials including technical ceramics, high performance composites, specialty metals, and thermoplastics. Industries utilizing engineered materials include electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, medical, and life science.
EBITDA Margins: 15%+
Location: North America
