Types of Businesses: manufacturers of highly engineered and precision machined parts, components and sub-assemblies serving the medical device, life science, power generation, semiconductor, aerospace or defense industries. 
Annual Revenues: $15 million+
Gross Margins: 30%+
EBITDA Margins: 15%+
Location: North America
