Love is the ability to hold another person's interests as dear to you as your own. Relationships with loved ones are 'practice sessions' that enable you to embody the spiritual oneness of being.
Love begins in stillness. Stillness is required to sense your ability to love. If you wish to invite love into your life in tangible and meaningful ways, you need to practice stillness. Practice sensing the oneness of all beings in stillness and opening to the deepest part of yourself.
Love relationships will appear once you are ready to consider another person's interests as sacred to you as your own. Notice the qualities of consciousness this requires of you. Practice developing these qualities in yourself for they are the portals to the new dimension of life where love resides.
