We hope this newsletter finds you feeling well as we navigate through this much needed rain.
This Sunday, we are continuing our series, 12 Steps to Reclaiming Your Life: Recovery for the Rest of Us. Incorporating the wisdom of these lessons in our daily living will help us find greater peace, strength and more empowered lives.
This compelling series was designed to help us all. Using the trans-formative tools of the 12 Steps of Recovery program, we can transcend the issues that we are ready to release.
If you cannot join us in person, each Sunday's lesson is always available on our website and in our bookstore immediately following the service. We look forward to connecting with you then.

Spiritual Practices That Change Your Life

Cost: $50.00 for four sessions
Join us for four evenings of lecture, personal dialog, discussion, meditation, and the guided experience of spiritual practices from India to Europe, during each of the Tuesday evenings. In this class, Rev. Will will share spiritual practices that he uses, and recommends to others, to keep in touch with the depths of one's own spiritual nature, and the perspective they bring to our "real life" situations.
We all know about the pressures of time, energy, and circumstance and how they often seem to prevent us from experiencing the beauty, insight, peace, and other spiritual gifts of life. This time together will be an offering of spiritual insight and understanding.

Brian O'Neill and the YOUers will continue with their service project to provide food and warm clothing for homeless people in downtown San Diego, 12:30-6:00 p.m. Registration forms for the YOUers are due Sunday, January 24th. Brian O'Neill: 858-693-9280.
Y.O.U. CARE PACKAGES FOR SOLDIERS IN AFGHANISTAN
The Y.O.U. is collecting a variety of non-perishable snacks and hygiene items at the ANY SOLDIER table on the patio after each service for the next ten months. It's a great opportunity to unload all those hotel shampoos, lotions and mouthwashes AND snacks we really shouldn't have around the house after we make our New Year Resolutions.
