Dear Ones, 
Thanksgiving is drawing near and with it comes reflection and a time of deep gratitude. We are very grateful to you and your family for being a part of our Spiritual Community. We wish to extend our generosity to those less fortunate by sponsoring a Food Drive in conjunction with San Diego Food Bank. Please bring your non-perishable food items to the lobby and place them in the red barrels. Please know that there will be many benefiting from your contributions.
Please join us Thursday, November 19th, as Karl Anthony and I host our third Mantra evening. If you have not yet enjoyed this experience, I highly encourage you to invite your friends and loved ones to attend.

FAMILY SERVICE PROJECT
Sunday, November 29th, 12:30-2:30 p.m. Volunteers needed to help clean the sand in our backyard play yard. Shovels, wheel barrows and donations of sand toys also requested. Please contact Mark Novak 858-444-5664.
