Agents who submitted their AHIP or CMS broker training, are confirmed for Monday at 8:45am. Make sure that in the lobby you mention that you are there for the HIP/GHI Product training, you will then be directed appropriately.
Paperwork: They have just released their 2010 contract, please go to our web site and start completing your paperwork for monday morning training; we will be collecting complete information.
For agent appointment, the following documentation is required:
· Two original signature pages of the 2010 FMO Agreement (signature pages only)
· Copy of E&O insurance*
· Agent/Broker NYS Health License (if not already submitted)
· Selling Agent Appointment Application
· Assignment of Commission Form
* Disregard if applying for appointment as a Licensed Only Solicitor.
If you have your E&O and your insurance license with the agency already, do not worry, we will take care of these documents; however, you must complete everything else.
We have agents fully certified, in FL, OH, GA, NJ, VA and CT; agents are filling up their Nov 15 to Dec 31 agenda, now is the time to focus in getting those appointments. Getting referrals (name and address only, you know the rules), Wallmart/Wellpoint initiative, online leads, mail campaigns, etc. If you need help, feel free to call us, we understand sometimes it can get though, but we will assist you in the process, you are not alone.
