4-1-1 Information, Charge It?
Nothing like a phone bill surprise! It pays to review the fine print and compare your current invoice with the previous. I found out I had phone bill helpers in my home last month. One of my family members decided to call Information 4-1-1 to find a phone number. End result was about about 10 dollars worth of calls!
I know many of you are digital savvy. On occasion, it's not convenient to look up a phone number in the print phone book or you're not in front of your computer. I highly recommend you post a label on your phone to dial 1-800-466-4411. It's free, Google 411. Give the city and state, choose which listing you want, you can even map and get text details about the listing. Technology can sometimes be awesome. Happy dialing.
