New Board Room Available
We're Finding new ways to Meet our Client's Needs
The Concierge Office Suites is proud to add yet another shared meeting space to our full-service office business center, beginning 3/15/10. With all the new clients using our shared meeting spaces, we decided that another meeting room should be added for client meetings.
Our newly added Board Room will accommodate up to four guests around a table. We'll offer a white board, coffee service, Wi-fi, similar accessories for this space and flip chart upon request. This room is the same great rate as our day office and will be included in the available spaces included in service packages for our virtual office clients.

We are considering adding other Jelly! Chattanooga events at additional locations in town. The location must offer wi-fi for free with places to sit and work, any other services are a bonus. We've "set the bar high" for the next Jelly! Chattanooga. Any locations you would recommend? We'll contact them to make sure they meet the Jelly! Shared Space Booking Calendar
Value Added Service for Our Clients
Many of you haven't visited our web site recently. We understand you are all busy business people. We hope our calendar feature will help with meeting booking.
We offer a public calendar for our shared-space booking on our web site. We offer four shared work spaces for meeting booking:
- Our main conference room, seats comfortably six and up to eight guests.
- Our day office, accommodates three guests.
- Our board room will seat up to four guests, pre-booking for the week of March 15, 2010!
- Our training room can seat up to 30, lecture style with no tables. This is our "blank slate" for meetings.
Our shared spaces are available for client meetings: - Included with private office rental or some virtual office month-to-month agreements.
- By the full-day
- By the half-day
- By
the hour
The Concierge Office Suites provides guests with public Wi-Fi access, upon
request. Bring your laptop and hookup our web cam, download some
shareware and your video conference is ready to go. Housekeeping during
your stay is at your convenience or on request. Light housekeeping
includes pick up of paper trash provisions at the end of the event.
The Concierge Office Suites provides cups, glasses, water, ice, creamer,
sugar, artificial sweetener and coffee. Sodas and bottled water may be
set up with ice and glasses and charged on consumption. All beverage
services may be located in the booked space for
your convenient self-service.
We always offer first-come first-serve booking to our clients. All you have to do is call for your booking 423-266-6388 or email info(@)theconciergelevel.com, once you've looked at the online calendar.
