A client supplied the "Before" slide with a need to improve overall consistency and clarify the message. Information is confusing and the slide lacks order. Boxes and arrows are various sizes and different forms of artwork are used - some photos, some illustrations, some very simple clip art. In addition, the placement of text makes it hard to know which text goes with which box and in some cases white text on the color background is hard to read.

Consistency is achieved in the "After" slide by creating unity among each part of the message, resulting in a cleaner and less confusing slide.

Boxes are arranged in a grid-like pattern, aligned with each other, and identical in size to prevent the information from looking cluttered. All text relating to any process is clearly contained within each box or box title area.

Artwork has been changed to photography, reducing visual clutter and improving overall quality. In some cases multiple images have been replaced with a single photo to reduce the amount of content the audience must absorb. Finally, numbers have been added to each step, clarifying that this is a step-wise process. Final result is a slide with organized information that's easy to understand.
