Statute

Independence Day Parade

July 4, 2011

8:00 p.m.

 

 

The 2011 parade route will begin at the intersection of Easterday Avenue and Seymour.  The parade will travel west on Easterday to Ashmun Street.  North on Ashmun to Portage Avenue.   West on Portage to Ridge Street.   Note:   Construction continues on  Magazine Street so we will not be able to disperse there.  Please continue to Ridge Street to disperse.  

 

Line-up for the parade will be at the city garage property on the corner ofEasterday and Seymour.   Volunteers will be available to direct traffic for ease of entrance and exit.   Please followdirections given by volunteers. 

 

Line up at 7:00 p.m., parade starts at 8:00 p.m.

Cantore Stories - Ice Adventures

 


Jim Cantore of the Weather channel was in town for the I500 this year to film a feature for his Cantore Stories segment.    

 

Cantore Stories Ice Adventures project will air several times over the next few days.   Be sure to set your DVR!  June 15th at 6pm; June, 18th 3pm and 5pm; and June, 19th 2pm (eastern time).
