This weekend, we are launching the new Ducati Multistrada 1200 and will have the first bike available for demo rides starting on Saturday, May 15. Make sure you call Josh in advance to ensure you get some seat-time on this amazing new bike — there is no other bike with the features and impressive stats this bike has.

Jules Journey | May 15th, 2010
Also this Saturday is the Jules Journey Benefit Ride and Dinner. All proceeds from the event go to our friend Julie Fox, who is fighting cancer. This event starts at 11:00 am SHARP at the Riviera Club in La Mesa, then winds up at the Menghini Winery, near Julian, where dinner will be served, prizes will be raffled off, and beer and wine will be available for tasting.
The Dinner is SOLD OUT, but there will be plenty of beer, wine, and prizes to be raffled off- including a Leather Jacket, hats and t-shirts from GP!
The success of this event is dependent upon your sharing this story
and event with your friends, riders and family while urging them to donate.
Attendees must donate via PayPal before the event due to insane
government red tape. It’s easy and everyone can print their own receipt to use as
an invitation. This is considered a private party and charity fundraiser.
No tickets will be sold or money taken day of. There is no better way
to show our love and support. Donate in good conscious knowing that 100%
of the profit goes directly to Julie & Jesse to help with medical
expenses!

Laguna Seca Track Day | May 24, 2010
We will be at the Veloce Trackdays event on May 24th, and there are still spaces available! If you have ever had a chance to ride Laguna Seca, then you know if it an incredible "must do" event.

The next GP Shop Ride will be on Sunday, May 30, meeting at GP at 8:30 am and leaving at 9:30 am to destinations unknown....at least not known yet...put it down as a TBD for now. ALL BIKES WELCOME — HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE!
2nd Annual "Gus" Gustafson ALL-VINTAGE RIDE | June 13, 2010
Dust off your favorite pre-80's ride and join us for the 2nd Annual "Gus" Gustafson All-Vintage Ride on Sunday, June 13th. This 90-100 mile ride is in remembrance of Albert "Gus" Gustafson, a local motorcycle shop owner and mentor to GP, whose shop was in business on India Street from 1947 through the late 1980s.
Since the ride isn't till the 13th, there's is plenty
of time to get your old bike road-ready. And please let us know if you need
any help — as you may know, our shop opened it's doors almost 20
years ago servicing only vintage European motorcycles, and we still love to
work on 'em and see them on the road!
