Good times on the Rock the Boat Cruise last weekend, thanks to all who came out. Here's a recap from our friends at BSSC...
Land ho! Paddy O's this Friday. The awesome thing about playing in Faneuil Hall is... the tolerable thing about playing in Faneuil Hall is that we get to meet lots of new fans. Hammered, cheese-ball, puking in the street fans. These fans are often well-intentioned and provide some solid late-night entertainment. Let's salute them, shall we? (PS this bit will work better if you sing the parts in italics like in the commercials.)
BEARFIGHT PRESENTS: BUD LIGHT PRESENTS... REAL MEN OF GENIUS Tonight we salute you, 2am Faneuil Hall Couple. (2am Faneuil Hall Cooouple) While lesser bar patrons navigate Boston's poorly thought-out post-midnight transportation options, (Whennn does the T stopppp??) you've quickly settled in the one place you can comfortably make out in private: laying down on the sidewalk. Your platform shoes and unseasonable mini skirt looked great in the mirror pictures you posted, (Loooving the duck face) and where some see liability, you've found a fast lane to fondling. The argument you had some twenty minutes ago got you kicked out, just as the passion kicked in. (Why is her pic on your phooone?) As passersby become paparazzi, your resolve remains strong, your pride unwavering, and your hands given free reign. (Ooone hand in my pocketttt) Call You Maybe? Only if he typed your number correctly. (Hooow do you spell Meghan?)
So crack open an ice-cold Bud Light, oh cuddlers of the cobblestone. And always remember, if your eyes are closed, no one see you.
