You're an entrepreneur.  Your days are spent grappling with cash flow and profit margins, your nights are a whirlwind of networking events.  You're walking the razor's edge between success and ruination... and oh, by the way, you forgot to fill out Section 10 of the Pennsylvania Enterprise Registration form, "Bulk Sale/Transfer Information."

Red tape is a fact of life for small business owners, from incorporation, to insurance, to licensing.  In this edition of our newsletter, we've gathered several helpful ideas to guide you through the regulatory maze.

Starting and maintaining a successful business is a daunting endeavor, one often made more difficult by state and local regulatory, licensing, and insurance requirements with which entrepreneurs must contend. If you have questions about your business, about your legal structure (S corp., LLC, etc), about financing, or about the type of insurance you need, please join us for this free seminar.  The Free Library of Philadelphia, in conjunction with SCORE Philadelphia, is pleased to offer this opportunity for entrepreneurs to speak directly with experts in law, accounting, credit management, banking, and insurance.
