SCORE Philadelphia, a non-profit association dedicated to supporting small businesses, will be conducting one-on-one counseling sessions every-other Wednesday evening at the Parkway Central Library beginning on March 18th.  Counseling sessions will last one hour, beginning at 6:30 and 7:30 PM.  Reservations are required.  Arrange your session by contacting SCORE via their website.
