"Troubling Data on Infant Deaths"
Judy Norsigian, founder of the Boston Women's Health Collective, and Eugene DeClercq, Assistant Dean for Doctoral Education at Boston University School of Public Health wrote an excellent Op-Ed piece published in the Boston Globe in November in response to the CDC's latest infant mortality statistics. "President-elect Obama's healthcare reform proposals have focused
intensely on two key questions: How much would reform cost and how many
people would be covered? He also must address the critical issue of why
the United States has such poor health outcomes despite all the money
we spend." Read the article> 20/20 Will Air Segment on Orgasmic Birth - Friday Night January 2, 2009Be
sure to watch (or crank up your DVR to record) 20/20 Friday, January 2
at 10 pm for a segment on labor orgasms and pleasurable childbirth
featuring Debra Pascali Bonaro's acclaimed documentary, Orgasmic Birth. And take a moment to read the article on the 20/20 web site and share your comments.
