NAMI SURVEY: COLLEGE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND SUPPORTS

NAMI's Child and Adolescent Action Center needs your help in distributing its new College Mental Health Services and Supports Survey. We are gathering information on valued college services and supports for students living with mental health conditions and the experiences of college students living with mental health conditions. We intend to use this information to develop guidelines and resources for colleges so they can support students living with mental health conditions and their families.

Are you or is your child a recent or current college student living with a mental health condition?
NAMI wants to hear from you! Follow the appropriate link below to participate in an important NAMI survey on services and supports for college students living with mental health conditions. All responses are kept confidential. Survey closes Sept 30, 2011.
For more information, please contact Dana Markey at danac@nami.org.
