What's Changed?
The cost of a Certificate of Sponsorship (the in-country work authorization application) remains at £170GBP. However, from November, the entry visa fee for Tier 2 is set to rise by approximately 30%: from £270GBP to £350GBP. The fee for an application for an extension under Tier 2 (submitted to the UK Border Agency by post) is set to increase from £475GBP to £500GBP. Fast track Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent residency) applications are scheduled to increase in cost from £1095GBP to £1250GBP, with the fee for accompanying dependants more than doubling - from £154GBP to £350GBP.
