 #12                                                        December 2010

GJ at Tng

Happy December!!

THANK YOU
for joining me on this month's Time Management journey.

I want to wish you all the very best for this Holiday Season.
Go ice skating, visit a museum with family, drive through one of Christmas Light displays.

I will keep this short - enjoy, get some rest, have some fun and be ready for 2011.

Happy New Year  ~ Make it the best ever.!!

Goals

We know the standard:  specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timed [S.M.A.R.T.]... and written.

Have 3 daily goals.  Have a short term goal - 3 to 6 months to accomplish. Have a long term goal - 1 year to accomplish.

Do something weekly purely for your enjoyment!!

Planning

Work Plan:  What are your goals?  What will You  have to do?  What priorities are involved?

Time Plan:  How much time?  When will you do it?  Be flexible.

Scheduling

Schedule your PLAN.

Break your complex projects into smaller tasks.

Do the hardest components - first.

Schedule your most important tasks.

Start early - do something each day!!

Reward yourself at appropriate intervals.

Auld Lang Syne ... to unwanted habits

The words of your mouth establish your surroundings.  (Yolanda Adams, Points of Power - 18 Nov 10)

What are you establishing in your life?  Set YOUR course for 2011.

Although it will take discipline, stop some of the processes you use.  Rework the 'how',  (maybe even) delegating to others - it will give you what you want!!

You can achieve your goals.

You can do some of the things you want. Social life, have fun with your hobbies, movie night with friends, Sport's Sunday gatherings.

You can control your daily tasks - guiltless and peace-filled.

Time management is the key to fun living.
