|Time Management: Analyzing
It is worth your time to exam how you spend your time. You can not recover time used! Once it is gone, it is gone forever.
Aline your activities to be consistent with your goals.
Discover what you do, when you do it and why you do it.
Ask your friends or co-workers to help brainstorm new ideas. Look for ways to eliminate steps, combine operations, shorten procedures, streamline work and remove obstacles.
Make use of new technologies to save time and assist with developing new processes.
If faced with recurring crises, find out why things go wrong -- and fix them. Check for poor planning, poor coordination and poor follow-up.
|Work From Your Strengths
I am reading the book "The Truth About You" by Marcus Buckingham. Published by Thomas Nelson,Inc. - 2008.
I would like to briefly share some myths with you.
1. You will change when you get older.
2. Work on your weaknesses to succeed.
3. There is no 'i' in team.
The myths above are all false. Curious??
Skills, knowledge, dreams, even beliefs - can be learned. But, not your talent. What you like at 3, you will like even more at 60. Hmmmmmmm.
Until, next month!
