 Fall Cool Cash Triple Play starts September 1stThere have been a number of changes to the Fall consumer rebate program. First, due to extremely low redemption rates, the no-dealer-contribution, warranty, and merchandise options have been discontinued and the program has been simplified back to a cash rebate with a required 50% dealer contribution. All rebates will now be issued on a pre-funded VISA debit card branded with the Carrier logo. This will lead to increased Carrier brand impressions as the cards are viewed by thousands of people during the redemption process. In addition, the maximum rebate for a system has been increased to $1350 to help promote the new Infinity inverter heat pump. | New 59 Series Furnace Phase-In
Many of you have expressed interest in obtaining pricing, literature, and combination ratings for the new lineup of 59 Series condensing gas furnaces.
Updated price books containing the new furnaces will be distributed in late September. In the meantime pricing is available through your Account Manager or Sales Order Correspondent. Although the pricing guideline lists the Performance Series units as 95% AFUE, we are excited to announce that all Infinity and Performance Series furnaces will achieve 96% AFUE.
Combination ratings for the new furnaces will be available in the next week or so. Once the new product is in inventory, and we are close to depleting inventory levels of the current models , the new furnaces will be added to the rebate calculator.
The first ship dates from the factory are September 15th, which means stock should be arriving at DCNE sometime before the end of September. We currently have 58UVB, 58MVB, and 58MVC furnaces on hand and the new models will slowly be phased-in as current stock is depleted. Literature will be available on hvacpartners and through DCNE's literature department within the next few weeks. |
| Carrier Brand Price Increase
Carrier Corporation will increase prices from 2% to 6% on most Small Package & Residential products and accessories. The price increase will be effective October 3rd, 2011. Payne Dry R22 units will also experience a slight increase. New price pages will be distributed in late September.
