In this month's newsletter you will find important details on all of our upcoming spring programs. There are a number of positive enhancements to programs you may already be familiar with, so take your time to carefully read through each section.  Spring Cool Choices begins March 1
Cool Choices is back for the spring with the option of up to $1200 cash back or great merchandise offers, plus you can take advantage of attractive Retail Finance rates. Dealers who were enrolled in the fall program will automatically be enrolled in the spring. If you are new to Cool Choices please email Mike Dixey (mdixey@dcne.com) to be enrolled.
  
There are two new additional to this year's program:
  
Addition 1: Dealers now have a "No-Dealer Contribution" option that does not require any financial obligation from the dealer.
  
Addition 2: Homeowners now have the choice of a cash rebate, merchandise, or an extended labor warranty.

 

Cool Choices Spring 2011 key dates:
Sales Period: March 1 - June 30, 2011
Installation Completed: March 1 - July 15, 2011
Homeowners Claims Processed: March 1 - July 31, 2011, by 7pm EST

Spring Promotional Financing Offers (Valid March 1 - June 30, 2011):
12 mo. no interest with regular monthly payments - FAD Cost: 3%   (3025)

Promotional Financing Offers Expiring Soon (must be submitted by March 30, 2011):
6 mo. no interest with regular monthly payments - FAD Cost: 0%   (3024)

 Carrier Golden Prospects Program 
Golden Prospect marketing is a lead acquisition program offered exclusively to participating Cool Choices Program dealers, and is designed to help generate potential consumer leads based on certain demographic criteria. 
  
In 2010, participating dealers spent an average of $1200 to generate an average of $70,000 in sales.
  
The Golden Prospect Program personalizes communication pieces that support dealers on a local level, sending marketing communication to the dealer's best prospects. Dealers have a choice between two creative concepts for each campaign (spring and fall) that are uniquely personalized for each dealership and include the dealer's name, logo, address, license number (if required by State law) and phone number.

 

  • The unit cost per postcard is $0.75 including postage
  • The cost of the mailers is co-opable.
  • The minimum order has been reduced this year to 200 pieces.
  • Leads are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Spring Floor Plan Spring Floor Plan Program begins March 1st 
The Spring Floor Planning program will begin on March 1 and run through June 30. If you have the available warehouse space, floor planning is an excellent way to increase your operating efficiency, especially for dealers that operate during the evenings and weekends when access to inventory is limited.
