Cool Choices Fall Cool Choices starts September 1st
Although the Spring Cool Choices program was extended until the end of August, as of September 1st the Fall program will officially begin and dealers should switch over to using the Fall-rebate literature and forms.
 
Important Dates
Sales Period: September 1 - November 15, 2010
Installations completed: September 1 - November 30, 2010
Homeowners' Claims Processes: September 1 - December 15, 2010, by 6:00pm EST
 
Enrollment
All dealers who were enrolled in the Spring 2010 Cool Choices promotion were automatically re-enrolled for the Fall 2010 promotion on August 1st. If you are new to the Cool Choices program please email Mike Dixey (mdixey@dcne.com) to request a dealer id, pin number, and rebate forms.

GE Floor Plan Logo Fall Floor Plan Began August 1st
The Fall Floor Planning Program began August 1st. Tax-credit-qualifying furnaces and heat pumps will be in high demand this heating season, but you can have piece-of-mind knowing that you have a personal supply of stock on hand.

Carrier Logo Fall Golden Prospects open enrollment ends August 20th
The Carrier Golden Prospect program is a lead generation program offered exclusively to participating Cool Choices dealers.  It is designed to help you generate potential consumer leads based on a set of demographic criteria. 
 
The last day dealers can place orders for the fall mailers is August 20, 2010, which is quickly approaching.  You will be able to choose from three different creative concepts.  Each mailer will be customized with your company name, logo, address, phone number, and state license number (if required by state law).  Leads are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To enroll, log on to HVACpartners and go to the Cool Choices page then click on the Golden Prospect link.
