In this month's newsletter you will find important details on all of our upcoming spring programs. There are a number of positive enhancements to programs you may already be familiar with, so take your time to carefully read through each section. In addition, both the residential price pages and the online rebate calculator have been updated to contain all of the new models that have been released over the last 3-4 months. You will be pleasantly surprised to see not only efficiency gains but also a number of price decreases.

09Winter 2010 Residential Price Pages Now Available 
The new 2010 residential price pages have been posted to the DCNE website and are now available for download. Once downloaded, the price pages can be used in electronic format or printed. Hard copies of the 2010 books are at the printer now and will be distributed in the next two weeks.
 
The new price pages incorporate all of the new products that have been released over the last 3-4 months. You will notice that not only did many products increase in efficiency, but also prices have been reduced in many categories. A few products have experienced minor price increases, but overall prices have dropped significantly.
 
If you need help downloading the price pages or require a username and password, please contact your salesman.
Cool Choices Spring Cool Cash (Now Called Cool Choices) begins March 1
Cool Cash (now Cool Choices) is back for the spring with the option of up to $1200 cash back or great merchandise offers, plus you can take advantage of attractive Retail Finance rates. Dealers who were enrolled in the fall program will automatically be enrolled in the spring. If you are new to Cool Choices please email Mike Dixey (mdixey@dcne.com) to be enrolled.
 
Cool Choices Spring 2010 key dates:
Sales Period: March 1 - June 30, 2010
Installation Completed: March 1 - July 15, 2010
Homeowners Claims Processed: March 1 - July 31, 2010, by 7pm EST

 Carrier Golden Prospects Program 
Golden Prospect marketing is a lead acquisition program offered exclusively to participating Cool Choices Program dealers, and is designed to help generate potential consumer leads based on certain demographic criteria.
 
The Golden Prospect Program personalizes communication pieces that support dealers on a local level, sending marketing communication to the dealer's best prospects. Dealers have a choice between two creative concepts for each campaign (spring and fall) that are uniquely personalized for each dealership and include the dealer's name, logo, address, license number (if required by State law) and phone number.
 
Program options are set up for the entire year, however participation is open to dealer preference (Spring only or Spring and Fall). Postage is included. Start generating leads now. The order window opens on February 15, 2010, and closes on March 1, 2010. Leads are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Spring Floor Plan Spring Floor Plan Program begins March 1st 
The Spring Floor Planning program will begin on March 1 and run through June 30. If you have the available warehouse space, floor planning is an excellent way to increase your operating efficiency, especially for dealers that operate during the evenings and weekends when access to inventory is limited.
 
Special Offer: Place a single floor plan order for at least 6 pieces in March and receive a $25 rebate for every fan coil, gas furnace, or split system on the order. Dealers are allowed to place only one rebate eligible order in the month of March, so load up. All dealers that place a floor plan order in March will also be eligible to place one rebate eligible floor plan order in April, and another in May.

Carrier Logo Personal Use Program Now Available All Year Long!
The Personal Use Program (PUP), which allows dealer personnel responsible for sales and marketing to purchase Infinity System products for personal use at highly subsidized pricing is now available all year long.
 
The program limits the purchase to one complete system every two years for dealer principals and dealer employees responsible for sales and marketing to homeowners.
 
Equipment can be ordered directly through HVACPartners and will be fulfilled by DCNE. If you are not currently enrolled in the program please contact Mike Dixey (mdixey@dcne.com).
