DCNE's new permanent business hours for parts and warehouse operations at most locations will be 7:00am until 5:00pm. Our Cranston, RI and Westbrook, ME branches are the only exceptions as they will continue to close at 4:30pm.

The new residential price pages have been posted to the DCNE website and are now available for download. Once downloaded, the price pages can be used in electronic format or printed. The majority of the changes are new model additions, with little to no changes in price. Therefore, there is no intention at this time to redistribute hard copies of price books.

 

If you need help downloading the price pages, require a username and password, or would prefer a printed book, please contact your TM.

 

The Fall Floor Planning Program began August 1st. Tax-credit-qualifying furnaces and heat pumps will be in high demand this heating season, but you can have piece of mind knowing you have a personal supply of stock on hand.

Although the Spring Cool Cash program was extended until the end of August, as of September 1st the Fall program will officially begin, and dealers should switch over to using the Fall rebate literature and forms. In addition to offering substantial rebates, dealers that participate in the Citifinancial retail finance program can also offer the following promotional rates:

The Personal Use Program (PUP), which allows dealer personnel responsible for sales and marketing to purchase Infinity System products for personal use at highly subsidized pricing, launched August 3rd.

 

The program limits the purchase to one complete system every two years for dealer principals and dealer employees responsible for sales and marketing to homeowners. The PUP will end on October 30.

 

Equipment can be ordered directly through HVACPartners and will be fulfilled by DCNE. If you are not currently enrolled in the program please contact Mike Dixey (mdixey@dcne.com).
