chflogoThe NCA Charitable Trust was a sponsor for the Fifth International Canine Cancer Conference, The Genes, Dogs and Cancer held Feb 13-15, 2009 in Orlando, Fl. Clyde Dunphy attended the event representing the NCA Trust. The were over 30 papers presented on advances in canine cancer, genetic and DNA research. Many of these research projects are collaborations within the research communities for canine and human research. Additionally, three breed clubs presented ways that they are supporting breed specific research. The NCA Trust is very interested in advancing genetic research and supporting this conference was an excellent way to support that research and  an opportunity to interact with the research community.
