WHO:   JESSARAE - the talented 14-year old singer/songwriter will perform at a book release party for author Courtney Sheinmel at Books Of Wonder on Sunday, September 13, 2009, in New York City.   Presently, JESSARAE is working on his debut full-length CD, which will be released this winter by Raystone Records.  Fans can hear tracks from his recently released debut EP entitled, Damaged Heart, (currently available on iTunes!), and also check out his weekly live performance series where he performs a different song each week on his websites at www.jessarae.com or www.myspace.com/jessaraemusic. 

WHAT: A publication party to celebrate the release of Positively by author Courtney Sheinmel.  Courtney Sheinmel is a writer of middle grade and young adult fiction.  Her book, Positively, follows a seventh grader living with HIV, and a portion of all book sales will be donated to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.  Courtney is also the author of My So-Called Family, published by Simon and Schuster in the fall of 2008.  Sincerely, Sophie/Sincerely, Katie will be published in 2010, and she is currently at work on You Can't Even Measure It, her fourth title with Simon & Schuster.
