| DePaul Real Estate Alumni Association (DREAA) Event |
|
On March 18th, nearly 100 DePaul Real Estate Center alumni listened to industry experts discuss strategies on evolving their business through the challenges of the current credit environment. David Brown, President and CEO, ORIX Real Estate Capital, Inc., Wayne Caplan, Senior Commercial Associate, Sheldon Good & Company and David R. Maki, Director, North American Capital Markets, RREEF Alternative Investments, generally agreed on one thing - uncertain economic conditions are creating chaos in the debt and equity markets for commercial real estate assets. Focused, long-term investment strategies are the safest answer while the shake up continues, and plenty of opportunities still exist during down markets. Please visit www.DREAAOnline.org for information about upcoming events.
