Sign up for the Summer Bible study!

Wednesday mornings at 6:30-7:45 am and 9-10:30 am

June 10 -- 22.

Jesus emphasized the importance of communication with our Father by His own example and by teaching His disciples how to pray. This summer at Peace Lutheran we look closely at the Lord's Prayer, which Jesus shared with His followers. "Lord, Teach Us to Pray: Six Studies on Spirituality and the Lord's Prayer" will be offered on Wednesday mornings at 6:30-7:45 am and 9-10:30 am, beginning June 10 and continuing through July 22. The cost is $12.00. Look for registration information today in the narthex.

The Quilters have assembled some "quilting kits" for you to pick up and take home.  You can greatly help out our quilting group by sewing squares together to make a quilt top.  Then, bring it back for the quilters to tie together on quilting days.  Thanks for your help!

Peace Ranch Camp will be held July 13-16 this year.  Luther Park Camp Counselors will help us rustle up a bunch of fun! Join us for crafts and games, Bible study and camp songs!  More information and registration forms are available at the Information Center and in the office.  Invite your friends to join us for this week of awesome fun at Vacation Bible School!

Altar Flowers are given to the glory of God by Roger and Angela Birnbaum.

The Plymouth Rockers Senior Chorus will hold its spring concert on Sunday, May 31, at 3:00 p.m., at the Oak Knoll Lutheran Church.  There are 70 members in the chorus which is open to singers age 55 and over.

The senior chorus will be joined by another adult chorus of 20 members, all ages, "Choral Reflections of Minnetonka."  Both groups are directed by David Halligan of Minnetonka.  The theme of the concert is "Melodies for Everyone, An Afternoon Affair."  For more information, call 952-401-5954. Oak Knoll Lutheran Church is located at 600 Hopkins Crossroad in Minnetonka (North of 394 on 73).

It's Pentecost Sunday!  Many of us think of Minnesota at the Land of Lutherans, but there are more Lutherans in Africa than here.  In a true "Pentecostal experience," read about how Liberian Lutherans are experiencing life in Minnesota in the June issue of Metro Lutheran.  Copies are available today at the Information Center.

Calling All Middle Schoolers!  Coming in June will be "Boredom Busters" when we'll hang out together and do something fun! Our first day is on June 10, at 1:00 p.m.  Be there!
