The Lorax Dr. Seuss' The Lorax

Seuss Done Right

Yo

It's light, fun, funny, entertaining and has a subtle message... kind of like a Dr. Seuss book. Dr. Seuss was never meant to be live-action, but his stories make for some pretty fun animated films, which seem to do a better job of bringing the books to life.

Sarah has been watching it since she was eleven, and she makes sure to never miss a telecast. Now, we're married and we watch it together.

Although not everyone we wanted to win did, this year was still great and we had a good time. Better yet, our puppy was on his best behavior. Yay!

So, we thought that we'd share a few of our reactions at what happened.

Hugo

Hugo Cleaning Up the Oscar Race

Nate Watts

Now on Blu-ray. To give away more would be a travesty, as watching the tale slowly unfold hearkens back to the olden days of Hollywood, where story and character development trumped big budget effects (though there are plenty of those as well).
