Courageous Courageous

Bold Indeed

Greg Wright

The fact that they've more than doubled the budget from Fireproof shows clearly in Courageous-and yet the film doesn't betray its decidedly indie-level constraints. It looks every bit as good as its non-CGI-dependent peers.

I Don't Know How She Does It I Don't Know How She Does It

David Bruce, Webmaster

The poor performance of this film on its opening weekend really surprised me!  It seems it should connect to myriad women.  But maybe it's because there's no real villain in the story.  In any event, I admire stories about people surviving in the real world.  If we're doing something we love, and we love our family, we'll figure it out.

Lightning Does Strike Twice

Yo

"Who in Hollywood gets a chance to even re-release their movie," laughs Hahn, "much less have it be appreciated and welcomed as much as the audience has with Lion King? It's unbelievable."
