We are pleased to announce the addition of GenGuard® Universal Life (UL) to the Life Quick RequestSM tool.  As of August 3rd, the following Genworth individual UL insurance products are now available on Life Quick Request Colony Term UL, GenGuard UL, and LifeLong UL.

 

By adding GenGuard® UL to Life Quick Request, we are bringing our industry-leading processing and speed to traditional UL -- making it more cost-effective and profitable for you and your producers to offer traditional UL to Main Street clients, ages 65 and under.

  1. Complete the Shaw Assist form  and send it over to Shaw American either by fax 1-888-329-7429 or scan it to  email@shawamerican.com

     

  2. Complete the application electronically  yourself by going to iPipeline. 

     

What happens after Genworth has received the Life Quick Request?

  • The client will be contacted within 24 hours for a 30-minute confidential telephone interview to help determine their life insurance coverage eligibility.
  • At the end of the telephone interview, the client may be asked to schedule a basic paramedical exam. There is no cost to the client for this examination, and it can take place at their home or place of employment. The examiner will bring the application to the appointment and collect the needed signatures and submit it to Genworth for processing.
  • Once all of the application information is collected, an underwriter will evaluate the information to determine an underwriting classification.
