Donors Forum of Wisconsin Welcomes New Board Member David Pamperin, President and CEO, Greater Green Bay Community Foundation MILWAUKEE -Donors Forum of Wisconsin (DFW) is pleased to announce new board member David Pamperin, President and CEO of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation Inc. The Donors Forum of Wisconsin is a professional membership association for grantmakers in Wisconsin with a focus on creating opportunities for the exchange of ideas and information, disseminating current nonprofit sector trends and research, fostering relationships between service providers and funders, building partnerships within and outside the sector, and advancing the growth and enhancement of stewardship of philanthropic resources for the betterment of all Wisconsin residents. Mr. Pamperin joined the Green Bay Community Foundation in spring, 2007. He received a Masters Degree from The George Washington University, Washington D.C. and an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. Mr. Pamperin has 30 plus years of nonprofit experience and has led several arts and culture institutions in Wisconsin, the Upper Midwest, and Upstate New York. Mr. Pamperin's experience includes fundraising for major capital campaigns, special projects, and ongoing operating support. His philanthropic leadership has helped to establish three new museum institutions as well as educational programming and outreach for broad audiences. Having served on many boards, he has led strategic and long range planning efforts for non profits and has been an advocate for many community initiatives. "We are delighted that David Pamperin has accepted our offer to join DFW's Board of Directors," said Deborah Fugenschuh, President of the Donors Forum of Wisconsin. "We are eager to take full advantage of the many skills and areas of expertise David will bring to the board." The Donors Forum of Wisconsin Board of Directors is comprised of 13 individuals who are members of DFW, representing corporate, private, and community foundations across the state. Mr. Pamperin will join the board for their first meeting of 2010 on Thursday, March 4th at the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation. About the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation Established in 1991, the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization that manages more than 600 funds and distributes grants to between 400 and 500 nonprofits each year. Community Foundation grants provide funding for programs and services that improve the quality of life in Northeast Wisconsin, supporting human services, education, arts and culture, the environment, and more.
