Celebrating Margaret McCamant's 20 years of Music Ministry here at All Saints'

 All Saints' will be saying goodbye to Margaret McCamant, our beloved music director, who is retiring on the Last Sunday after the Epiphany, March 6, 2011.
In appreciation for all she has done for 20 years, we will have a roast and toast with snacks on March 6 after the 11 am service, around noon, in the Parish Hall. There will be food, fun and surprises. Don't miss it!
Margaret is so much more than an organist to us. She has provided the soundtrack for our life at All Saints for 20 years. She has directed and/or accompanied everything from Lessons and Carols to our unique Christmas pageants to the traffic-stopping All Saints Day brass-band parade. In addition to her musical talents, Margaret is a great and generous knitter who has co-ordinated our mitten tree.
It goes without saying that the music at both the 9 and 11am services will be a special gift from and for Margaret, with some of her favorite hymns and choir music. Please plan to participate in the special day however you are able.

2011 Bake Auction Raises $19,500 for our friends in Sudan!

Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to make the 2011 bake auction happen!
Together, we raised over $19,500 to support our friends in Sudan.

to which our young people have wisely allocated these funds.

New All Saints' website launched on March 1

On Tuesday, March 1, All Saints' launched a brand new website at www.allsaintschicago.org. Special thanks to Ron Shaw, Jim Crandall, Glenn Brown, Alison Mankowski, Lucy Leety-Wheeler and the Communications Committee, Bonnie Perry and Beau Surratt for bringing this project to fruition. And, thank you to Charlie Simokaitis for continuing to capture the spirit of this community in his beautiful photography that is so much a part of our new site.
As with any new website, ours will undoubtedly have a few kinks to work out as we being to use it over the next days, weeks and months. If you discover something that is not working on or something that is missing from our new website, send Beau Surratt an email at beau@allsaintschicago.org so he can work on fixing the problem.
