Invitation to University Square Public Meeting

In July 2009, the University's Chapel Hill Foundation Real Estate Holdings Inc. purchased the 12-acre University Square and Granville Tower property in downtown Chapel Hill.  Cousins Properties, a developer that specializes in mixed use projects, has been working with the Foundation and the design team on the redevelopment programming and vision for the property and would like to share the plans and get public feedback.

Cousins Properties will host a public meeting to discuss the vision for the initial phase of the redevelopment:
Wednesday, August 18
5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Suite 133-G West Franklin Street,
 Backside of University Square,
located next door to Ken's Quickie Mart

Cousins Properties will provide a high level overview of the current redevelopment planning process and Elkus Manfredi Architects will provide an in depth presentation of the development plans.  The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.

This meeting is free and open to all. Parking is available at University Square. For information on bus routes and schedules - click here.
